Applying for a house

The Association operates an open access Allocations System, which provides the opportunity for anyone, aged 16 years or over to apply and be placed on the waiting list and have their application assessed.

We encourage paper-based applicants to hand in their forms in person by attending an Allocations Surgery on Tuesdays from 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm. Applicants should bring with them the required identification i.e. printed copy of National Insurance number (wage slip, letter from Department of Work and Pension etc) and utility bill i.e. gas, electricity or telephone or similar.
