We are now consulting on the proposed rent increase from 1st April 2024 and inviting tenant views on these.  We are proposing an overall 5.5% uplift in rent and service charge income in the coming year.  We feel this is necessary to enable us to maintain the quality of our services and continue with our programme of major repairs and improvements to tenants’ homes.

All tenants should shortly receive a letter with:

  • details of the proposals and the reasons for these
  • the specific increase proposed for your home
  • information about how you can have your say
