How to Apply
Applying for a house
The Association operates an open access Allocations System, which provides the opportunity for anyone, aged 16 years or over to apply and be placed on the waiting list and have their application assessed.
Alternatively, you can download a printable copy, or contact our office to have one sent to you. We encourage applicants to hand in their completed forms in person along with the required identification i.e. recent bank statements (this should include Child Benefit payments if applicable), utility bill, Council Tax notification or similar.
Our Allocations Drop-in Surgery is between 10am and 1pm every Thursday for applicants to discuss their housing application with a member of our Allocations Team. Applicants can hand in application forms, update existing applications or general enquiries about their application.
Housing Options is a new approach which offers personal guidance to anyone who may need housing advice or assistance. Housing Options interviews are one hour appointments and must be booked beforehand. Contact the allocations team by calling 763 0511 to arrange a housing options interview.
