The Association operates an open access Allocations System, which provides the opportunity for anyone, aged 16 years or over to apply and be placed on the waiting list and have their application assessed.
Mid-Market Rent
A type of tenure designed to meet the needs of working households on modest incomes. The properties are managed by the East End Housing Development Company, a subsidiary of Shettleston Housing Association.
