Did you know that we privately factor over 1100 properties in the Shettleston, Sandyhills, Springboig and Greenfield areas? This is in addition to the more than 2400 homes which we own and provide affordable social housing to tenants.
What we do as factors
The homes which we own share common elements with their neighbours, such as common landscaping. All of these areas of shared or common responsibility must be managed.
