Upkeep Level 1 £9.50 Per hour (pay award pending)
40 Hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Upkeep (Shettleston Community Enterprises) Ltd is a Community Business providing Property Maintenance and Estate Management Services, primarily in the East End of Glasgow.
Upkeep is looking to recruit a number of temporary Estate Caretaker / Landscape Operatives who will work as part of our Estate and property maintenance contracts for Upkeep’s parent company, Shettleston Housing Association and other external clients.
Applicants must have proven track record in the industry and possess the necessary experience for the role.
Whilst not essential a valid, clean driving license would be desirable.
Applicants must also be conversant in the applications and implementation of Health & Safety at work and be conversant with current Health & Safety Legislation.
Applicants must also be I.T literate and able to operate our handheld mobile operating system.
