Please note that our rent consultation will end this Friday 10th February.
The proposed 7% increase would allow us to invest £3.05 M in improvements to tenants homes in 2023/24 and in particular to install new, more energy efficient gas boilers in 275 homes. This is stage one in a plan to replace 650 boilers in the next 3 years thereby benefitting over a quarter of all tenant households. Replacement boilers will help tenants keep fuel bills under control.
For more details on the proposals and how to respond please see our information leaflet here.
