Our consultation is now live on our annual rent review proposals for 2026/27. This year, we are proposing an overall uplift of 5.1% and all SHA tenants should have now received their consultation documents.
This year, we are also seeking tenant views on our proposals to change the way in which our rents are set with the introduction of a new “harmonised” structure (to make it fairer and easier to understand).

Our Consultation will remain open until Friday 30th January 2026 and the feedback from tenants will inform our final proposals to our Management Committee in February.
