We have recently updated our payment systems to make things simpler, whilst taking advantage of newer technologies to protect your payment information.
How this affects you:
- You may see AccessPay – Shettleston HA on your bank statement whenever you make payments to us, instead of Allpay.
- From 31st December 2025, we will no longer use Allpay to process any payments.
If you have an Allpay card that you use at the Post Office or PayPoint outlet, this will need to be updated to a new Digital Payment Card. After 31st December, any payments made via Allpay will not be received by us.
- If you wish to make payments via the Post Office or PayPoint, please contact us on 0141 763 0511 to request a new Digital Payment Card from your Housing/Factoring Officer. You can keep this on your smartphone, or we can send you a printed copy to use at outlets.
- For phone payments, please call 0141 763 0511 instead of the Allpay Payment Line.
- Our staff will no longer take your card number over the phone but instead pass you through to a secure line for you to enter your card details using your phone’s touch-tone keypad. Alternatively, we can send an e-mail or SMS with a link to complete a payment. We will never ask for your card number over the phone.
- You can pay in person by visiting our office during normal working hours to use your debit or credit card. Payments can be made using Chip & PIN, using contactless or we now accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Pay online by visiting shettleston.co.uk/pay using your debit or credit card.
